This unit, while planted entirely on a beautiful hilltop, is the headquarters for all enterprises on Martin road. This means it can be a hive of activity: we have a construction and woodworking business that runs a sawmill, a boat rental business, and it has the offices for our campground.
As a result, there are additional hazards in this area: we have a small junkyard, many stacks of wood, there stockpiles of equipment, material and many large and dangerous tools. We do not allow children to stay here for this reason. We prefer not to have adult children either, but that has proven to be tough to screen for.

You’ll run into lake whether you go right or left out your front door! One minute to the dock and boat ramp. The farmhouse is a comfortable place to relax between lake adventures… there are plenty of hiking and fishing opportunities all around the farmhouse. If you’ve had enough moving, sit down on our comfy porch and take in a sunset, or wander around back to the fire pit and a starry night like you can’t find in the city..

Unique Features of A-frame
Our A-frame tiny house features a full kitchenette, grilling options outdoors, a refrigerator with freezer, coffee-maker, Airfryer and dishes for 4. Porch is about 12 steps from the water, dock and boat launch. We don’t have a TV inside this unit. It’s a TINY house, please don’t book if you’re not OK in smaller spaces.
